Postage for each product is based upon weight and delivery address and is added at the checkout. Postage is separated into 2 divisions, United Kingdom and Europe & Worldwide. European & Worldwide orders are sent via Airsure/International signed for, priority post, electronically tracked. For large orders we have ways of reducing the cost of the postage – please enquire by email or telephone. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER £125.
For larger orders we will very often be able to adjust the postage price down to a fair rate or we sometimes include a free pair of socks instead. Please call us on 01481 266 451.
We aim to despatch all items within four days of placement of order. All items are sent first class via Royal Mail – averagely taking 3 days for delivery from Guernsey.
UK VAT is included on all shown prices. However, for anyone ordering from outside the UK, the VAT will automatically be deducted at the payment stage.

If you are at all unhappy with your products please return them to us unworn or unused within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the items.
